We offer both domestic and international shipping.
As our treats are often baked to order, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Standard UK orders are typically delivered within 2 working days but certain areas can take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within 4 days of dispatch, please contact us. We do not deliver on UK bank holidays so please allow an extra business day for delivery.
International deliveries can take up to 3 weeks to arrive and are always shipped with full tracking information.

Royal Mail - 2nd ClassFor standard UK orders, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Our shipping costs for this service is capped at £2.75.

ExpressIf you would prefer your item to arrive a little quicker, we offer an express service* where we will despatch your order next day to arrive the following day by courier. The cost for this service is £5.99.
*Orders must be placed before 4pm to be shipped the following day. |
CollectionIf you would prefer to collect your order from our kitchen, please enter the code COLLECT at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Please note we are not open during UK public holidays so please allow for this when ordering.

Refunds
We want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase but we also understand that there are some fussy eaters out there!
If you or your pet is not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by emailing woof@kelsoandtitch.com. If we can't resolve your problem, please send your purchase back to us for a full 'no quibble' refund.
